سرویس کردن کولر آبی
با توجه به نزدیک شدن به فصل تابستان و فصل استفاده از کولر در این مقاله چگونگی سرویس کولر آبی آموزش داده می شود .قبل از هر کاری باید بدانیم که کولر های آبی از دو بخش گردش هوا و گردش آب روی پوشال ها تشکیل شده که گردش آب روی پوشال ها به وسیله پمپ انجام می گیرد. هوا از روی پوشال ها به وسیله فن مکیده و مرطوب شده و باعث خنکی می گردد و این هوای خنک به داخل ساختمان فرستاده می شود. خب واسه سرویس کردن بهتر است که فیوز کولر یا فیوز اصلی را قطع کنید تا مشکلی پیش نیاید، سپس درب های کولر را باز کرده ومیله های پوشالگیر را بوسیله سیم چین در آورده ونسبت به تعویض پوشال ها اقدام می کنیم. بعد پوشال ها را خیس کرده تا خیس بخورند!
بعد از این که پوشال ها را تعویض کردیم یکی از مهمترین کارها روغن کاری بوده، که محل های روغن کاری یاتاقان ها، موتور و پمپ آب است. مخزن یاتاقان را با توجه به تصویر زیر پر از روغن کنید:

برای روغن کاری، پمپ را برعکس کرده و روغن را بر روی شافت وسط آن ریخته تا روان شود. مطابق تصویر زیر

خب بهتره از تسمه کولر غافل نشوید اگه تسمه در حال پاره شدن هست بهتره آن را تعویض کنید تا در یک روز گرم دچار مشکل نشوید. سایز تسمه رو بهتره جوری انتخاب کنیدکه به موتور فشار وارد نشود. در صورت لزوم می توانید پیچ های زیر موتور را شل کرده وبه تنظیم دلخواه برسانید. تسمه را جا بزنید و وسط تسمه را فشار دهید. باید ۴انگشت بین تسمه فاصله باشد.
راهکارهای افزایش راندمان کولر
کف کولر را به وسیله یک قلم رنگی تمیز کرده و بوسیله آب تمیز می شوییم .به عنوان آخرین نکته در زمینه ی سرویس کولر آبی بایدبه این موضوع دقت کنید در صورتی که کولر آبی شما در پشت بام منزل و محل کار شما قرار دارد بهتر است بر روی آن سایبانی استاندارد نصب کنید تا از تابش مستقیم نور خورشید به بدنه ی کولر جلوگیری شود. در ضمن می توانید از پوشال هایی که عوض کردین هم به صورت موقتی به جای سایبان استفاده کنید .داغ شدن بدنه ی کولرباعث افزایش مصرف برق و آب کولر شده و همچنین باد گرم را به داخل منزل و محل کار شما هدایت می کند و راندمان کولر شما کاهش می یابد.
